Jadwiga “Hedy” Pylak moved to Connecticut from Poland in the 1970s. She is a naturally gifted visionary healer and inspirational community leader, and she has been involved in the field of visualization and energy work since the age of 13. She began doing energy readings for friends in the 1980s, and her readings were so accurate that her friends started referring their friends, who in turn did the same, and so on. Little by little, while still working a full time job for the State of Connecticut at night, she would return from work each morning, take a nap, and then wake up to see people that came to her for help, looking for answers to the complexities they encountered in their lives. Over time, her work and urge to help people turned into Inner Wisdom & Energy Enlightenment.
As her connection with her spirit guides grew, Hedy began doing energy healing and guided meditations to help teach people how to connect with their higher selves to overcome obstacles and illnesses in their lives. As a result, she also founded Art of Meditation, which falls under the umbrella of Inner Wisdom and Energy Enlightenment LLC. Throughout her development, she has been open to an array of holistic health methods, including traditional Western, Far-Eastern, and Native American. She found holistic healing work to be her life’s destiny. With her 40+ years of holistic service, she has touched thousands of lives and has mentored other healers. Her true passion is to assist others to find an inner connection with “Peace”. Hedy has trained her daughter, Joanna Pylak, to carry on her work.
