Energy Enlightenment Healing

Description

Energy enlightenment is an energy healing method used to move and clear energy blocks in the body to return to proper energetic balance, to feel relaxed, complete, and connected with inner peace.  Session are either with Jadwiga “Hedy” Pylak or Joanna Pylak. When done in person, this technique is similar to reiki, although there are several unique components.  The session begins with a foot massage with a focus on pressure points in the feet that correspond to various organs in the rest of the body. Thereafter, contact is made with various energy points on and around the body to aid in the shifting of energy.  In addition, various aromatherapy oils are used throughout the session, however these can be eliminated for anyone that has sensitivities to fragrances. The session lasts approximately 1hour 40minutes and is one-on-one. People prefer to do it in person, however if being there in person is impossible, it can also be done over the phone as distance healing. In person sessions will be conducted in Newington, CT.
